Shipping costs will vary depending on what you have ordered and your location. We will price the items based on the size, weight of the order and your location. This will be calculated at the checkout process, you will also be offered a choice of standard shipping or express post (Australia only). In Australia one packet of bearings delivered is $9.95 AUD.
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to ship your order the same or next day and ship from Adelaide Australia. We use Australia Post for the majority of our orders which is 100% carbon neutral delivery. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $100.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship Internationally, please allow a bit longer for your items to get to you. All international items are shipped by Australia Post. If your country does not appear at checkout please email us and we will make sure to include it.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
As we use the postal service, your packages will be delivered without a signature. There is an option at checkout to insure your delivery.
Better Bearings is not responsible for any loss or damage to the packages. It is a good idea to write a work address for delivery or track your item so you know when it will arrive.
TRACKING
As soon as your items are shipped you will be sent a tracking number. If you have any queries about delivery times or where you order is at, please contact the carrier your item was sent by for the most up to date information.
Not sure if your bearings are 7mm or 8mm?
If a standard pencil fits through your bearings they are 8mm. If it wont fit they are 7mm. Most new skates come with 8mm as standard. Roll-Line Plates are 7mm.
