Founder of Self-care in Derby, anInstagram account dedicated to sharing and promoting self-care in the sport of roller derby.
Modern Warfare, Aka Mods, is a member of the Victorian Roller Derby League (VRDL) in Melbourne, Australia and skates with the VRDL All-Stars (currently ranked number 1 with the WFTDA).
Over the previous two seasons she's been with the VRDL, Mods has donned the blue and white at many national events including The Great Southern Slam and Royal Rumble, as well as travelling internationally to B Team Championships, Thin Air Thrown down and WFTDA Championships.
Her favourite part of the sport is the complicated strategy and being a part of the evolution of such a new sport. She enjoys participating in and supporting roller derby at all levels and will continue this involvement during the 2019 season and beyond.
Skating History 2016 to Current:

- Western Australia Roller Derby representing Wards of the Skate (A Team) ranked 7th in Pacific (on Flat Track Stats)
