Think you have what it takes to be part of the Better Bearings Skate Team? Better Bearings are all about giving back and we like our team members to have the same mindset. We also look for passion, drive, a love for skating, plus someone friendly and approachable. You will also love to support the skate community and give back in some way, it may be doing your own thing or you would like to help with our Better Parks Initiative.

We also look for regular social media posts with a good engagement rate and at least 1000 followers. Whilst we are inclusive of all skaters, we are in the business of putting women, and gender diverse humans to the front.

We welcome roller skaters and inline skaters of all disciplines including but not limited to; street, aggressive, derby,  hockey, artistic & jam.
