Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on what you have ordered and your location. We will price the items based on the size, weight of the order, and your location. This will be calculated at the checkout process, you will also be offered a choice of standard shipping or express post (Australia only). The standard shipping price for one packet of bearings within Australia is $5.95.  We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.00 within Australia. One packet of bearings to the USA is $13 USD. 

National Delivery Time

We aim to ship your order the same day and ship from Adelaide Australia. We use Sendle for the majority of our orders which is 100% carbon neutral delivery and Australia Post for remote areas.

International Shipping

We do ship Internationally, please allow a bit longer for your items to get to you. All international items are sent via Australia Post. If your country does not appear at checkout please email us and we will make sure to include it.

Signatures / Authority to Leave

As a default for packages under 1kg Sendle will mark your package as Authority to Leave. For larger parcels as a default, we ask for a signature on delivery.  You may also at check-out write Authority to Leave, which means you do not need to be home for a signature. Better Bearings is not responsible for any loss or damage to the packages. It is a good idea to write a work address for delivery or track your item so you know when it will arrive. 

Tracking

As soon as your items are shipped you will be sent a tracking number. If you have any queries about delivery times or where your order is at, please contact the courier company / Australia Post for the most up-to-date information.
